Business Administration Certificate (324 Clock Hours)

Entrepreneur and Small Business Development Program (60 Clock Hours)
This program is designed for people with little or no business education or experience. This 60 hour program is a highly interactive course schedule which introduces the basic concepts of business ownership in a classroom setting. The student will increase chances of success by introducing the elements of small business ownership, provide “how-to” information and help students develop the essential skills to manage a small business.
Computer Information Systems (CIS) Certification (216 Clock Hours)
Studies in Computer Information Systems (CIS) open doors to some of the most in-demand careers in business and computer science, the certificate program will give students the skills necessary to work with information technology (IT) in almost any industry.
Customer Service Management- 3C’s (90 Clock Hours)
This program prepares graduates to work in the customer service, call center and collection industries. Superior customer service makes a difference. The training content is based on customer service skill standards and reflects what employers across the country agree is needed to succeed and grow in a customer service career.
Financial Management: Fundamental Accounting (70 Clock Hours)
This program familiarizes students with basic accounting concepts and terms, enabling them to track business transactions that affect assets, liabilities, and owner’s equity. They learn how to use universal accounting tools-such as the general journal, general ledger and trial balance-to ensure an organization follows sound accounting practices.
General Construction (206 Clock Hours)
This program familiarizes students with the construction industry. Topics explored are management techniques of employees, day to day projects and project estimating etc... They learn construction safety, codes and regulations and gain hands on training with construction materials applications.
Hospitality (96 Clock Hours)
This program familiarizes students with the hospitality industry. Topics explored are how to effectively manage personal and employee productivity and customer satisfaction. This is achieved by understanding customer service, managing, marketing and accounting in the hospitality industry. This course is designed to equip future managers and new managers with the skills necessary to be successful and position themselves for future promotion opportunities.
HVAC-R (250 Clock Hours)
The program is designed to provide graduates with an overall understanding of HVAC/R systems, their operation, diagnosis, and other concepts necessary to prepare them for success in the HVAC/R industry.
Microsoft Office Applications Specialist (132 Clock Hours)
This program is for students who need to be trained or retrained for the demands of new skill sets in today’s workforce. This IT training and certification will assist in getting the student prepared for reentering the workforce. This program is for students who are interested in entering the profession of life coaching. The training includes business, life, marriage and wellness coaching topics. This certification can enhance individuals already in the field of life coaching or jump start a coaching career.
